Krakenslayer is a very powerful Legendary Cursed Broadsword introduced on The Legend of Pirates Online with the Forsaken Shallows expansion. This blade is cursed like any other of the Dutchmans weaponry, but this very blade has the unique potential to slay the undersea guardian of the Flying Dutchman, the legendary sea monster known as The Kraken, summoned by Davy Jones himself in his calling. It has the Dark Curse ability of Rank 4, making its Dark Curse ability on par with other powerful swords like Soul's Shadow & Dark Whisper. Secondarily, this weapon and its Famed counterparts have obtained a unique passive. Named Dutchman's Wrath, this ability causes the weapon to passively deal increased damage to any and all members of Davy Jones' crew.
