Dutchman's Sorrow is a Legendary voodoo doll added with The Kraken's Wake Expansion. A keepsake to Davy Jones himself which is imbued with the essence of his cursed heart and sorrow by his beloved Calypso. The doll is the only thing that can call upon the crew of the Flying Dutchman to your aid.
The Part of the Crew skill summons a party of the Dutchman's crew to fight for you which can come in handy on single targets like bosses to chip away at them. Drain Health provides you with extra health when using this doll for combat and it comes with Life Drain boost and Life Drain Immunity which will easily refill your health bar completely and protection from life stealing hexes.
It can only be found in Loot from the Kraken.
